<br />Under the direction of the c!cs and Water Supply committe'the Contractor will use the <br />information described above to develop the storage use patterns. For each of the target amounts <br />of reallocated space, the contractor will develop at least four storage use patterns that best <br />represent realistic municipal and industrial, agricultural, and instream recreational uses and <br />combinations of these uses. The storage use patterns will include use by augmentation and <br />conjunctive use of surface and groundwater. <br /> <br />6. Prepare Report. The contractor will draft a report and submit it to the CWCS and the Water <br />Supply Committee for review and comment. The contractor's final report will not published until the <br />Recreation Impact Study is completed and its results are considered in this study. Upon <br />acceptance of the final report, ten (10) hard copies and one electronic copy of the final report will <br />be provided to the CWCS. <br /> <br />7. Establish a bibliography of related water studies, data and information used to create the final <br />report and that may be beneficial to the general contractor, the Corps and the CWCS. <br /> <br />Project Administration <br /> <br />The project will be under the direction of the CWCS. The contractor will name the Project Manager <br />and study team for the project. The contractor will make oral and written briefings upon the <br />completion of performance tasks to the CWCS, Water Supply Committee, and the Corps' General <br />Contractor referred to as the "review teams". The Contractor can submit monthly billings for tasks <br />completed during the project and will be reimbursed up to the agreed total amount of the contract. <br />The Contractor will also: <br /> <br />· Prepare monthly summary reports; <br />· Compile the information of the project tasks; <br />· Prepare water supply demand patterns; <br />· Participate in meetings of the project review teams; and <br />· Prepare a final report, with 10 hard copies and one copy in electronic format (compatible with <br />the Corps' General Contractor Study Model). <br /> <br />Project Schedule & Perlormance <br /> <br />Except for the incorporation of the Recreation Impact Study findings as described above, the <br />project must be completed in four months upon the receipt of a fUlly executed contract. The <br />contractor will only be able to invoice the CWCS after completion of a performance task to the <br />acceptance of the CWCS. The draft report will be accepted after an acknowledgement by the <br />review teams that the water supply demand information and methodologies are satisfactory and <br />compatible with the Corps contractor's study model for the Chatfield Reservoir Storage <br />Reallocation Study. The review teams comments and concerns will be addressed and relevant <br />information from the Recreational Study has been considered in the final report. <br />
