Changes In rights-of-way <br />wi I I be negotiated or obtained by t~e irrigation company. <br /> <br />Project Summary <br />The Deweese Dye Ditch and Reservoir Company has worked with the Soi I <br />Conservation Service since the 196~'s on different projects on the <br />ditch. In conjunction with the Agricultural Stabilization and <br />Conservation Service (ASCS) which supplies costshare funds, the ditch <br />company has bul It or Instal led many different Irrigation structures. <br />The ditch company has realized that many areas of the ditch system need <br />repair and replacement. They have set up an aggressive rehabl I Itatlon <br />program and have signed a long term agreement with ASCS where ASCS has <br />obligated 1~6,~~~.~~ dollars to work on the ditch system. The ditch <br />company has the financial abl I ity through share assessments to pay for <br />the scheduled work. Soil Conservation Service personnel have <br />Inventoried the entire ditch system and have Identified areas that need <br />rehabl I Itatlon. <br /> <br />The feasibi I ity report wi I I identify critical areas that need attention <br />and provide engineering and design assistance to the ditch company to <br />set the various structures designed and Instal led. <br />
