<br />levy of the Board of Directors, for the period of thir-ty days after <br />personal notice thereof, and aenano therefor by the Secretary, or <br />after a written or printed notice and demand therefor has been deposited <br />in the postoffice, properly addressed to the last known postoffice <br /> <br />address of such delinquent stockholders, the Board of Directors at <br /> <br />any meeting may order that the share or shares of stock held by such <br /> <br />delinquent stockholder and all the interest of such stockholder therein <br /> <br />be sold by the Presiden t at public auction), at some certain time and <br /> <br />place to be desigl1atea in sucb order, to tbe highest bidder for cash; <br /> <br /> <br />Provided, however, that notice of such sale shall be published four <br /> <br /> <br />successi..e weeks before such sale in some public newspaper published <br /> <br /> <br />in Fort Collins, and provi d.ed, fUrther, that the proceeds of any such <br /> <br />sale over ana above the amount due on said share or shares and all <br /> <br />'elqJenses incident to such sale, shall be paid to the delinquent share- <br /> <br />holder. <br /> <br />Section VIII. mSl'RIBUTION OF WATER - All water supplied <br /> <br /> <br />by this Compsny sball be distributed or credited pro-rata among the <br /> <br /> <br />stockholders of this Company. No water ehall be delivered under any <br /> <br />stock of tbis corporation until all assesmnents, which shall have <br /> <br />been made or levieo thereon, shall have been fully paid. <br /> <br />Section IX. <br /> <br />CORPORATE POWERS - The Board of Directors <br /> <br />snall ha..e those powers enumerated in the Articles of Incorporation <br /> <br />and in these By-Laws, and such other powers as may be necessary or <br /> <br />incidental in carrying out such enumersted corporate powers and <br /> <br />conducting the business of this corporation. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors shall have authority <br />to employ such officers or employees to conduct the business of this <br /> <br />corporation as they may see fit, and to fix the salaries of the <br /> <br />respective officers and employees of this corporation. <br /> <br />Section X. <br /> <br />ORD:EIl OJ!'
