Additional copies will be supplied to the owner upon request at a cost of l5~ per copy to be i nvoi ced to the owner as authori zed by the owner. I. Progress Reports The ENGINEER shall at all times keep the OWNER apprised of the progress of the feasibility study by providing biweekly oral reports to the OWNER!S Manager, Mr. John P. Mcquay, and written progress reports, detail i ng the work done and resul ts obtained to date, every month. SECTION B - SCHEDULE OF WORK The services called for in Section A of this Agreement shall be completed and the report submitted within one hundred (100) calendar days from the date of this Contract. The ENGINEER will complete the feasibility study and submi t the same for approval by the OWNER. CWCB, and all state regulatory agencies within one hundred (100) days of the date of this Contract unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. The time for comple- tion will be extended by the OWNER for a reasonable time if completion is del ayed due to unforeseeabl e causes beyond the control and wi thout the fault of negligence of the ENGINEER. SECTION C - COMPENSATION FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES A. The OWNER shall compensate the ENGINEER for engineering services in a sum not to exceed $33.300.00. The payments will be made within forty- five (45) days of receiving the invoices. A retention of $6,600.00 will be withheld by the OWNER until approval of the final feasibility study by both the OWNER and the CWCB. - 4 -
