After discussion Bud Walters moved <br />t:-.: a':ceot the tr-easur-er's report and pay thE' current. outstandiflg <br />b~;~5_ Jim Vietti seconded the motion. Motion carr-ied. <br /> <br />3~b Takeda of T S & T gave an engineering report. Bob stateo that <br />a letter of offering should be forthcoming on the $269,00U gr.ar.i_ <br />..,hie;, the District has applied for on the 201 facilities plan. <br /> <br />l.JOt~i; had begun on the water master plan. <br /> <br />BOD pr"esented the six bids received on the water main extension. <br />Bob presented information on all bids stating that ther~ were tour <br />low bidders - J. J. Constructionf Tom F'inello, Jr. ConstructJon, <br />Wo! ve,-j ne> Construct i on and Pate Constructi on. Bob revi e,.ed the <br />qualifications of each of the bidders and stated that the low bid <br />was from J. J. Construction in the amount of $65~957.00" t:dte~- <br />review of the bids Bud Walters moved to award the contract to J. <br />J. Construction in the amount of $65,957.00. Jim Vietti seconded <br />the motio~. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Jack recognized Mr. Berdais. Mr. Berdais is builcing a <br />m~ltifamlly/cammercial unit. THere was discussion regarding the <br />app :cable tap fees due to change in use and the need for adequate <br />waLer rights to cover the additional use. Mr. Berdals and Mr. <br />McQuay Here to meet the following day to discuss the use and re- <br />Vlew the District's policies regarding change of use. <br /> <br />t"r. <br /> <br />Cavaness was recognized along with Mr. <br /> <br />Russell a.nd Mt-. <br /> <br />Oney <br />
