The report has been revised to address the comments <br />and suggestions raised through review of the draft report made by the <br />Colorado Vater Conservation Board, members of Loveland's City Council and <br />Vater Board, and the Vater Department staff. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The goal of the Phase I study was to recommend a drought recurrence <br />interval for which the City should have adequate water supplies to <br />withstand. In this regard, COM recommends that the City provide for <br />drought events with 100-year recurrence intervals. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />It has been our pleasure to work with the City of Loveland on this phase of <br />the project.
