The Contractor <br />Sholl fulfill this obligation irrespective of ho~ or by whom or <br />to what specifications or plans the subject. proJect is I <br />financed. paid. or constructed for so 10n9 as construction of <br />the project is initiated within the specified time. <br /> <br />6. In the event the Contractor ~ust _ake payment Pu~suant <br />to the terms of para9raph S. above. then the said sum of '!"\Jelve <br />Thousand Ei9ht Hundred One Dollars ($12.801) shall be 'Payable <br />in ten (10) eqUal yearly installments of One Thousand Two <br />Hundred Eighty Dollars and Ten Cents (~1.2BO.10) each. the <br />first installment to be due and payable upon the January 1st <br />next succeeding ~he initiation of construction on the Gaid <br />water project. Subsequent payments shall be due and p~yable on <br />January 1st of each year thereafter. <br /> <br />7. This COntract is personal in natUte ano assignment of <br />p~:formance by the Contractor to another is prohibited unless <br />prior approval in ~=itin9 is granted by the State. <br /> <br />6.
