Box 127 <br />Dolores, CO 81323 <br /> <br />RE: Summit Reservoir and Irrigation Company <br />Letter of Commitment <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Sanford, <br /> <br />Concerning your application for a'loan from the Emergency Infrastructure Repair <br />Account, I am pleased to infonn you that the CWCB Board has approved your request in <br />amount of $60,000. The CWCB Board also approved a loan term of 30 years at an interest <br />rate of 4%. It is our understanding that these funds will be used to repair the slide on the <br />Summit Reservoir Dam, and to make repairs to the Lost Canyon Ditch which has been <br />closed due to landslides both above and below the ditch. <br /> <br />The CWCB will require the following standard items as a condition for Emergency <br />Loan funding: <br /> <br />1. Execution of the formal loan contract, <br />2. Submission of engineering plans for the repair, <br />3. Formal vote of the Summit Board to assess the stockholders, <br />4.
