Institutional Considerations

The Town of Georgetown has a legislative authorization to borrow $206,250 from the CWCB
Construction Fund. The loan from the CWCB is contingent upon the successful negotiation of a
contract between the CWCB and the Town.

The Town may need to pass an ordinance to contract for the loan, and to increase the water rates to
make the loan payments.

The Town's augmentation plan must be approved by the Water Court.

Opinion of Feasibility

I

The selected alternative is technically and financially feasible. There are many significant issues, but
none which should keep the Town from successfully completing this project.
