<br />INTRODUCTION AND SUMMARY <br /> <br />resources, including oil shale. Other considerations include municipal <br />water needs, enhancement of stream fisheries and recreation values, water <br />to serve non-Federal irrigable lands in both States, and water for energy <br />development other than the prototype oil shale program. The Upper Colo- <br />rado Resource Study will be conducted according to MOP procedures, with <br />participation by other agencies. It is anticipated that the existing MOP <br />team will be expanded to cover the overall Upper Colorado Resource Study, <br />including the Yellow Jacket Unit.
