In addition, the geophysical exploration program uncovered no <br />evidence of incipient sinkhole development. These observations and <br />exploration results cannot be interpreted to prove conclusively <br />that the embankment contains no major undiscovered voids. However, <br />with exception of the possible void noted in borehole BH-8, <br />existing voids and incipient sinkholes do not appear to be present <br />and the embankment is believed to be in good condition generally. <br /> <br />-19- <br />
