Box Q <br />Fort Collins, CO 80522 <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Gardner <br />Department of Economics <br />Colorado State University <br />Fort Collins, CO 80523 <br /> <br />Resource Consultants, Inc. would assist in the preparation <br />of the inventory of water supply entities and existing facilities <br />and in the description of present management practices. <br />(Activities 7b, 7c, and 7d). We would also plan to use their <br />expertise and local knowledge by consultation during the <br />analysis 'of present and future water uses, the categorization <br />of water rights, development of water rights assumptions, <br />evaluation of computer simulation models, and during both <br />phases of plan formulation (Activities 5b, 5c, 6b, 6c, Bc, 10f, <br />and 12e). <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Gardner is a graduate Ph.D. student in economics <br />at CSU and would assist Mr. Edmund Barbour in the collection:' <br />and computation of data related to water use and economics <br />and assist in the formulation of future water use scenarios <br />and the economic analyses during plan formulation (Activities <br />3a, Sa, 5b, 5c, lla, lIb, 12g, 12h, and 12i) . <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />/ <br />
