<br />.--'; <br /> <br />~'J <br /> <br />TASK E4.0 PLAN OF STUDY MEETING <br /> <br />Purnose: Prepare and conduct a plan of study meeting. The objective of this task is to transfer <br /> <br /> <br />information and reach agreement on the Plan of Study (POS) for the proposed expansion of <br /> <br /> <br />the Phase I Study. <br /> <br />Methodolol!V: A two-hour (2 Ius.) meeting will be conducted by Boyle and CWCB personnel to discuss the <br /> <br /> <br />expanded Phase I plan of study. The president and board of directors of each of the ditch <br /> <br /> <br />companies (Gurley, Cone, and U1ylands systems) and the San Miguel Water Conservancy <br /> <br /> <br />District (SMWCD) and other interested parties will be invited to attend, The CWCB will <br /> <br /> <br />contact local participants and arrange for the use of suitable facilities, <br /> <br />The following work items are included in the: plan of study workshop task: <br /> <br />E4.1 Meetinl! Preoaration ' Boyle, in consultation with the CWCB. will review, assemble and <br />prepare pertinent information and material, for presentation at the workshop, Presentation <br />materials will include working maps, and overhead transparencies of key items of the plan of <br />study. <br /> <br />E4.2 Conduct Meetinl! . Boyle and CWCB personnel will conduct a two-hour (2 hrs,) meeting in <br /> <br /> <br />Norwood, Colorado covering the topic of the proposed extension of the Phase I plan of study, <br /> <br />E4.3 Meetinl! Memorandum, Boyle will prepare a brief memorandum to the CWCB summarizing <br />the discussions at the meeting, The memorandum will be a concise summary of the main <br /> <br /> <br />topics addressed during the plan of study meeting. One meeting (4 hrs,) between Boyle and <br /> <br /> <br />the CWCB will b: held to discuss the memorandum. <br /> <br />10 <br />
