This project proposes
the replacement of an existing structure; as such, no new irrigated areas
or other changes in irrigation patterns are envisioned. The existing dam
was built in the 1880's of wood and is now in very poor condition. Its
failure would result in severe economic hardship for the farmers who
depend on it for irrigation water.

~,O~

Howard Noble
PE #16473
11254 West 38th Avenue
Wheat Ridge, CO 80033

HGN:km

Enclosure

--

~
