The Ratification is in <br />reference to BREEZE EXPLORATION'S proposed Oil & Gas Lease on the Lake Canal's <br />land. <br /> <br />Breeze Exploration, whom I represent, is currently active in Weld County and <br />they wish to continue to put together prospects which merit some kind of testing. <br />The Lake Canal Co. owns land within the perimeters of a Breeze prospect. The <br />fact that the Water Conservation Board holds a ~ interest Warranty Deed in <br />the property necessitates our getting a Ratification signed. Of course, the <br />idea of a Ratification is based on the concept the Water Conservation Bd. did not <br />intend to hold a mineral interest in this property with the Deed securing the <br />monies the Lake Canal Co. was given to repair their reservoirs. <br /> <br />In meeting with Mr. Ackers and speaking with Mr. Jeff Conn I was told that <br />with the attached forms the necessary parties in the Conservation Bd.& Attorney <br />, <br />Generals office would meet to consider our request on the Ratification. <br /> <br />If the proposal meets with the Water Board's approval I would request that <br />the proper person sign the attached Ratification and return it to my office. <br />The Water Conservation Bd. can retain copies of the Oil & Gas Lease & other <br />copies submitted for your consideration.
