The original of the Financing Statement. <br /> <br />The plans and specifications for the new Terrace Main Canal <br />portion of the project are being finalized by Mr. Gilbert <br />Mondragon of the area office of the V.S.D.A. Soil <br />Conservation Service, Alamosa, Colorado. The personnel of <br />the Terrace Irrigation Company are in the process of <br />acquiring the new right-of-ways necessary to enable the <br />conveyance of Alamosa Creek Canal water through a more <br />direct route. As soon as the plans and specifications for <br />the Terrace Main Canal are completed, I will forward them to <br />you for approval. <br /> <br />The Members of the Board of Directors are in hopes that the <br />work for the New Terrace Main Canal can commence during <br />the latter part of May, 1992. They are also hopeful that <br />prior to completion of the new Terrace Main Canal, all the <br />requirements necessary to enable commencement of the Alamosa <br />Creek Canal Project will have been satisfied so that <br />construction work can then continue with the Alamosa Creek <br />Canal. <br /> <br />May I suggest that you review the enclosed documents to <br />determine whether any modifications, changes or additions <br />are necessary.
