Regarding the requirements set forth in your <br />letter of July 9, 1991, I have examined the attached <br />documents. From my examination of the same I am of the <br />opinion of the following: <br /> <br />1. That the Terrace :[rrigation Company is a non- <br />profit corporation, duly incorporated on the 11th <br />day of July, A.D. 1941. <br /> <br />2. That in accordance with a Certificate dated August <br />1, 1991, from the Secretary of State the Terrace <br />Irrigation Company is in good standing, authorized <br />and competent to conduct its affairs within the <br />State of Colorado. <br /> <br />3.
