<br />THIS DEED is made this 30th day of June , 1993,

<br />Colorado, 81144, Grantor and the STATE OF COLORADO for the use
<br />and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) 721 State Centennial Building, 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203, Grantee.

<br />the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth in that document
<br />designated as IIproject Contract and Promissory Note" has
<br />granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br />Grantee" . its successors and assiqns forever all of the
<br />Grantor's interest in the real property together with

<br />Coxen, William J. Molnar, Eugene J. Brienza, Laurence M.

<br />Bernie D. Ford, Carole E. Ford, Norlynn Sagehorn, Mollie
