<br />or that shall be necessary for the transaction of the business of our

<br />5. To acquire by purchase, lease, grant, appropriation, condemna-

<br />tieD or otherwise, water and water rights, from any source, for the irri-

<br />gation of agricultural lands owned by our said canpany or by its stock-

<br />6. To acquire by purChase, grant, lease or otherwise, am to own,

<br />hold and enjoy,the benefits of shares. of stock in ditch, reservoir and

<br />water companies for the purpose of securing water for the irrigation of

<br />agricultural lands owned by our said cClllp8Jl7 or by its stockholders.

<br />7.. To sell, lease, exchange and deliver all of the water and water

<br />rights acquired by s aid company from any ani all ditches, reservoirs and

<br />?ther structures owned, controlled, operated or leased by said company

<br />to the stockholders thereof, with the right in said company to carry
<br />

<br />water and water rights for the benefit of other' persons not stockholders

<br />of said CCIl1pany, provided that such water shall not be carried until the

<br />reasonable requirements of . the stockholders of said company have first
