<br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD of Denver, Colorado
<br />of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these present!
<br />do es grant and convey unto !be said party of the second part, itS executors, administrators and
<br />assigns the following:

<br />a. One thousand three hundred twenty plus or minus cubic yards (1320 + c.y.)
<br />of earth fill.
<br />
<br />b. Twenty-five plus or minus cubic yards (25 ~ c.y.) of coarse drain fill.
<br />
<br />c. Fifty plus or minus cubic yards (50 ~ c.y.) of fine drain fill.
<br />
<br />d. One hundred fifty-nine plus or minus cubic yards (159 ~ c.y.) of reinforced
<br />concrete.
<br />
<br />e. Thirty thousand plus or minus pounds (30,000! Ibs.) of steel reinforcement.
<br />
<br />f. Eighty-three plus or minus linear feet (83 + lin. ft.) of 4-inch diameter
<br />asbestos cement perforated pressure pipe.
<br />
<br />g. Three hundred thirty-four plus or minus cubic yards (334 + c.y.) of loose
<br />rock riprap.
<br />
<br />h. One 4.Q-foot high by l2.Q-foot wide radial gate, breastwall type with all
<br />appurtenances.
<br />
<br />i. One 48-inch wide by 36-inch high metal slide gate, \o,rith all appurtenances.
<br />j. One 36-inch wide by 24-inch high metal slide gate, with all appurtenances.
<br />k. One 4-feet 7-inches by 12 feet metal tiashrack with all bars and appurtenances,
<br />l. Handrail, ladder rungs, and safety rope system attached to the constructed
<br /> structures.
<br />
<br />The above described personal property is situated in Section 25, T37N. R13W
<br />N.M.P.M. and is more particularly shown on the attacned map which is made
<br />a part of this instrument.
<br />
<br />belonging to us and now in our possession ~ in Montezuma County. Colo.
<br />tti have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part, its executors, administrators and
