Here's <br />a list of items that I respectfully ask for your consideration: <br /> <br />I) Augmentation water leases and expenses for the 2002 augmentation season ratified prior to <br />September I, 2002, Total cost: $8,007.65 Copies ofleases will be provided upon <br />request. <br /> <br />2) Augmentation water leases for the 2002 augmentation season to be ratified after September I, <br />2002, Total cost: $48,688,82 Copies ofleases will be provided upon request. <br /> <br />Rod and Hal, my total request is for a grant of$56,696.47 to pay for the lease and delivery of <br />appmximately 3,150 acre-feet ofaug water for 2002. Central will be paying $81,000 of its own <br />funds for the construction of bypass structures along the South Platte and Cache la Poudre rivers, <br />Payment should be made to the Groundwater Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado <br />Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />Thank you very much for your consideration of this request. The drought has certainly created <br />great challenges for all water users and water providers this year.
