Require all Subcontractors to maintain liability <br />insurance in at least the following amounts: <br /> <br />a. For any injury to one person in any single <br />occurrence, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($150,000). <br /> <br />b. For any injury to two or more pe~sons in any <br />single occurrence, the sum of Four Hl.mdred Thousand <br />Dollars ($400,000). <br /> <br />Said liability insurance shall name the Contractor and <br />the State as co-insureds. No payments shall be made under this <br />contract unless a copy of a certificate of said liability <br />insurance has been filed with the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board. <br /> <br />S. Conveyor cause title to be conveyed by warranty deed <br />to the COlorado Water Conservation Board, Department of Natural <br />Resources, State of Colorado, the following portions of the <br />proposed project facilities within thirty (30) days of their <br />qomplet ion: <br /> <br />An undivided 50 percent share of the following: <br /> <br />a. A water supply well about 1700 feet deep, capable <br />of producing about 50 gallons per~mi~ute, with all <br />appurtenances, including an B SIB-inCh casing, about <br />280 feet of screen, and a 30 HP submersible pump with <br />controls, adapter and meter. <br /> <br />b. A 60,000 gallon steel storage tank. <br /> <br />c. 2,500 linear feet of .an B-inch PVC trans'mission <br />line, with all appurtenances. <br /> <br />d. 2,800 linear f.eet of an B-inch PVC distribution <br />line, with all appurtenances. <br /> <br />e. 7,200 linear feet of a 6-inch PVC distribution <br />line, with all appurtenances. <br /> <br />f. 17 fire hydrants. <br /> <br />g. 2 pressure reducing valves. <br /> <br />h. 51 water meters with related conoections. <br /> <br />i. All the land where the above facilities will be <br />located. <br /> <br />General location of the above facilities is as shown in <br />Appendix A. <br /> <br />The warranty deed must be recorded by the Contracto~ <br />tn the proper county or counties and all transfer taxes shall <br />be paid by the Contractor. <br /> <br />6.
