The person signing for the entity has the authority to bind the <br />entity, if the contract has been validly approved by the entity's governing <br />body. I am asking that a copy of the minutes of the meeting be forwarded <br />to you directly by Mrs. Vi Carter, Secretary to the Board. <br /> <br />3.
