<br />all inlet and outlets ditches and structures appurtenant thereto or used in con-
<br />nection therewith.

<br />This deed is given pursuant to that certain Contract dated sept 1, 1980 between
<br />Natural Resources, Colorado Conservation Board), and Upper Yampa Water Conser-
<br />vancy District, and for the purposes set forth in said contract.

<br />TOGETHER. with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenancel thereunto belonging. or in anywile
<br />appertaining, and the reversion and revenlons, remainder and remainder.. rents. issuel and profits thereof; and all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest. claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the fint part, either in law or
<br />equity. of, in and to the above bargained premises, witb the hereditaments and appurtenances,
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, witb the appurtenancel unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successon and assigns foreyer. And the said Upper Yampa Water Conser-

<br />party of the first part, for itself, its successors and assigns, doth COYenant, grant, bargain and agree to and with the
<br />said party of the second part, its luccessors and usigns, that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
<br />ents it is well scized of the premises above conveyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate of
<br />inheritance, in law. in fee simple. and hath good right, full power and lawful authority to grant, barsaln, sell and
<br />conyey the same in manner and fgrm aforesaid. and that the same are free and dear from aU former and other
<br />grants, bargains, sales, liens, taJi::es, assessments and incumbranee. of whatever kind or nature loever;

<br />and the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable pOlsesslon of the laid party of the second part, its IUC-
<br />cessors and assigns against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part
