<br />WHEREAS, it is noW necessary to amend said contract of
<br />September I, 1977, to provide an additional sum of Seventeen
<br />Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($17,700) iJ: 'order to complete said
<br />project.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFOHE, in consideration of the mutuell and dependent
<br />covenants herein contained, it is agreed by the parties hereto
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Paragraph A.9 is amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />To purchase from the State all of the State's right, title
<br />and interest in said project and any facilities hereof at a
<br />total purchase price of Four Hundred Three Thou9and Thre~ Hundred
<br />1wenty Dollars ($403,320) payable in twenty (20) annual installments
<br />of Twenty Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Six Dollar9 ($20,166) each,
<br />which first installment shall be due and payabl~ on September 1,
<br />1979, and yearly thereafter until the entire principal sum shall
<br />have been paid. Said installment payment shall be made payable to
<br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board, payable ~t the office of
<br />,said board in Denver, Colorado.
<br />
<br />2. Paragraph B.l is amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />Make available to the Contractor for the pu~pose of this contract
<br />the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). Said Three
<br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) shall be maoe available to the
<br />Contractor in accordance with the following ter~s, schedule and
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />a. Beginning with the monthly period comme~cing September I,
<br />1977, and for every month thereafter until said project has
<br />been completed, the Contractor shall prepare with the consulting
<br />engineer's help, an estimate of the funds required from the State
<br />for project cohstruction during that month and shall forward said
<br />estimate to the state not less thari fifteen (15) ~ays prior to
<br />the beginning of such month.
