As presented in Exhibit D, three hours per <br />meeting (six attended by two RTi staff members, six attended by one RTi staff <br />member) are anticipated that will be used to identify actual maintenance tasks. Also <br />included Exhibit D is four hours per month to prepare invoices and progress reports. <br />Note that several of the other tasks contain meetings that may serve a dual purpose <br />as a progress meeting. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />Because key RTi personnel have typically been involved with CDSS activities, the <br />budget has been developed using hours and rates for those individuals for a total cost <br />of $100,000. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />These maintenance activities are expected to occur over the period November 2001 <br />through November 2002.
