Although the meeting was held July 11;2001, the certification was dated July 18, <br />2001. In my opinion letter, referenced above, I mistakenly referred to the certification as bearing <br />a date of July I I, 200 I rather than July 18, 200 I. <br /> <br />Thus, that portion of paragraph I. of my July 24, 2001 opinion letter to you which recites: <br />"the attached certified excerpt of minutes (which include resolutions) of the Board of Directors <br />of The Water Supply and Storage Company dated July I I, 2001 ;", is hereby amended to read, <br />"the attached certified excerpt of minutes (which include resolutions) of the Board of Directors <br />ofIhe Water Supply and Storage Company dated July 18,2001;". <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />FISCHER, BROWN & GUNN, P.C. <br />~.~. <br /> <br /> <br />William R.
