I am the Vice-President and duly authorized representative of the firm of Boyle Engineering <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />2. The wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be paid by the <br />CWCB for these professional services are accurate, complete, and current. <br /> <br />3. I understand the original contract price and any additions shall be adjusted to exclude any <br />significant sums by which the CWCB det~rmines the contract price had been increased <br />due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs. <br /> <br />4.
