<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Diredor fj~ ~j~J+ oHered 'he following R~on <br />an(1~~~adoPti~n, the motion was seconded by Director <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company has deter- <br />mined it necessary to repair the South outlet structure from the <br />Loveland and Greeley Reservoir (Lake Loveland); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the financing of the repair project will severely tax <br />the financial ability of the Company, to the extent that it must make <br />application for funding through the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that The Greeley and Loveland <br />Irrigation Company make application for construction loan on the Lake <br />Loveland project and that the particulars of the project as applicable <br />to the loan are: <br /> <br /> a. Amount of total estimated project cost $493,325.00 <br /> b. Amount of applicant's contribution 8440,325.00 <br />. c. Amount of State financial assistance <br /> requested $250,000.00 <br /> <br />d. Amount of loans and grants from other <br />sources (participation in costs from <br />Colorado Department of Highways) $ 53,000.00 <br /> <br />e.
