This
study was funded by the Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company.
The feasibility study was done as a part of the Greeley and
Loveland Irrigation Company's application to the Colorado Water
Conservation Board to obtain financing for one-half (1/2) the
cost for Phase I rehabilitation of the south outlet tunnel, Lake
Loveland, Loveland, Colorado. The attached report has been pre-
pared in accordance with the Colorado Water Conservation Board
requirements governing the content and format of the feasibility
reports.

The south outlet tunnel rehabilitation will create no bene-
fit, impact or damages on the fish and wildlife, or recreation,
because there will be no change in historical amounts of water
stored or in the use of the reservoir of the Greeley and Loveland
Irrigation company system. Therefore, a letter or review by the
Division of wildlife or the Division of Parks and Recreation was
not deemed necessary and was not solicited,

With the submittal of this study, the Greeley and Loveland
Irrigation Company formally request funding from the Colorado
Water Conservation Board Construction Fund to finance approximately
one-half (1/2) of the project cost for the rehabilitation of the
south outlet tunnel, Lake Loveland, Loveland, Colorado, Your con-
sideration and approval of the funding will be greatly appreciated,

Respectfully,

GREELEY AND LOVELAND IRRIGATION COMPANY

(~~~/L

H-o~ ~ S g 7 _Lfl{ :5 '2.

e)

Elmer Stroh, President

ES/gc
Enclosures
