Both Boards are requesting approval of a loan <br />application in the amount of 8,012,000 dollars to construct the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. Hidden Valley Reservoir and Dam - $5,818,000 <br /> <br />B. Stevens Lake Enlargement <br /> <br />- $2,194,000 <br /> <br />The Districts are asking for 100 percent financing of both <br />projects from the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Debt service <br />would be paid back over twenty five years. At this point, it is <br />uncertain if there will be any other loans or grants available <br />for these projects.
