Limitations and Oualifications <br /> <br />In our examination, we have assumed the genuineness of all <br />signatures, the authenticity of all documents submitted to us as <br />originals, the conformity of all originals of all documents <br />submitted to us as certified, photostatic or conformed copies and <br />the authenticity of the originals in all such latter documents. As <br />to certain matters of fact relative to this opinion, we have relied <br />upon documents and representations of off icers, directors and <br />employees of Trinchera Irrigation Company.
