a map, if needed.): The South Platte Ditch Co. has a diversion dam and

headgate in the river with approximately 15 miles of ditch and related
support structures. During the past summer the high flood waters caused

the wood pilings in.front of our headgate structure to give way undermining
thi, structure, Wp have a roll-over type dam and will need to install two
radial gates in an effort to wash sand downstream,anil not into our ditch.
