Feasibility Report

By prior letter of May 24. 1976, for Water System Improvements,
the Town of Hudson made application for assistance to your
office. This letter is to provide supplemental information'
and modifications to said request as necessary and in accordance
with your request.

The following is a general outline of the feasibility report
which we propose to prepare along with information regarding
labor and costs to accomplish same.

The outline for the feasibility report is shown in the same
format as provided by the "Guidelines for Preparation of
Feas i bil i ty Reports," pub 1 i shed by your offi ce. The outl i ne
for the proposed feasibility report for the Town of Hudson water
study is as follows:

1. Prefacinq Material

Prefacing material will include the following:

a. Titl e Page

b. Letter of Transmittal

c. Resolution by Town

d. Table of Contents

e. List of Maps and Exhibits

f. Project summary (A brief resume of the contents of the

feasibility report)

2. Chapter I -- General Information

General information will include the following:

a. Project Map - showing the existing and proposed
improvements to the water system.

b. Location improvements relative to the existing features
and to the community and service area.

c. Climate - general climatic condition of area.
