<br />This Deed is made in accordance with that certain
<br />Contract heretofore entered into on the 1st day of August, 1985, ~
<br />by and between the State of Colorado for th use and benefit of the
<br />Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water Conservation
<br />Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc., in in accordance with Colorado
<br />Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon
<br />repayment of funds as called for in the Contract dated August 1,
<br />1985, as the same were made available by Colorado Revised Statutes,
<br />1973, 37-60-119, the State of Colorado shall reconvey said
<br />property to the Grantor herein.
