A total of 46.2 additional shares of stock are owned by various individuals or
entities that are not associated with the ditch companies listed above.

Service Area

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

The approximate limits of the area served by the Jackson Lake Reservoir and
Irrigation Company are shown on Figure 1. A majority of the water from Jackson Lake
Reservoir is distributed by the seven ditch or irrigation companies listed in the previous
section. The shaded area on the map highlights the area irrigated from Jackson Lake
Reservoir through the various ditch systems. The total area that lies under the ditch
systems is far in excess of the 17,000 acres that are considered as irrigated under
Jackson Lake Reservoir. The exact acreage served by Jackson lake Reservoir water is
not readily determined since these irrigation systems obtain water from other reservoirs
and/or from direct flow decrees as well, and Jackson Lake Reservoir water provides
only a portion of their total irrigation water supply. Reservoir water is, also used in
replacement of depletions to the South Platte River associated with the pumping of
wells.

History of Oraanization

The Jackson lake Reservoir and Irrigation Company was incorporated on April
11, 1905 to purchase Jackson Lake Reservoir, its inlet and outlet ditches, and various
other assets from the South Platte Land, Reservoir, and Irrigation Company. The
Company was incorporated for a term of 20 years, which was amended on February
14, 1925 to exist in perpetuity. Initially 1,550 shares of stock were issued for
1,550,000,000 cubic-feet of water (35,583 acre-feet).

The Company has its office at 218 East Kiowa, Suite A, in Fort Morgan,
Colorado. It operates one storage reservoir and approximately 13 miles of inlet and
outlet ditches delivering water to its shareholders.

Financial Status

The Company has historically derived most of its revenue from shareholder

assessments, and water storage and recreation leases.
