<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />15. Ownership of Work. <br /> <br />A. All information, data and analyses gathered, generated, or otherwise <br />produced by the Contractor or its subcontractors or consultants, in the <br />performance of this contract; all analyses in whatever form, published <br />reports, articles and documents of any nature; written, typed and printed <br />products; not found in the public domain, shall become the property of <br />the District and shall be delivered to it by the Contractor, at the expense <br />of the Contractor. One or more copies of all documents prepared under <br />this contract may be retained by the Contractor, but shall not be used for <br />or supplied to any third party without the prior written consent of the <br />District. <br /> <br />B. All computer programs, codes, and analytical tools which are created <br />or used by the Contractor in the performance of this contract and which <br />are general in nature and not specific to the Gunnison River Basin, shall <br />remain the property of the Contractor and may be subsequently used by <br />the Contractor without restriction. Copies of all computer programs, <br />codes, and analytical tools that are created by the Contractor in the <br />performance of this contract and which are specific to the Gunnison <br />River Basin shall be delivered to the District at the expense of the <br />Contractor, <br /> <br />16. Escrow of CRAM Source Code. <br /> <br />A. In addition to the work products delivered to the District pursuant to <br />Paragraph 15 above and as specified in Attachment "2", the Contractor <br />shall, upon the request of the District prior to final acceptance of the <br />work performed under this contract, deliver to escrow the following: <br /> <br />1) Floppy disk(s) containing the source code for the CRAM <br />Network Modeling System as used in the project; <br /> <br />2) Floppy disk(s) containing documentation for the source <br />code mentioned above, in as great a detail as was available <br />in the performance of this contract, to assist in editing and <br />updating the Planning Model produced under this <br />Contract; and <br /> <br />3) Floppy disk(s) containing the complete source code for the <br />Planning Model produced under this Contract. <br /> <br />8 <br />
