the dam and reservoir if standard engineering procedures are
followed.

Some of the slopes adjacent to the reservoir are at about
their maximum angle of repose and some minor slumping at the
water line, and particularly at times of rapid drawdown, may be
anticipated. The extent of the minor failure should not be greater
that that caused by the present irrigation ditch along the south
side of the valley. It is concluded that there are no geologic
factors that would adversely affect the design, construction or
maintenance of the Yamcolo reservoir.
