A thorough discussion of how the firm would propose to <br />accomplish the required evaluations (i.e., a preliminary <br />plan of study), including information on the design of <br />and approach to the study, the analytical techniques and <br />methodologies to be employed, likely sources of <br />information to be used (including the collection of <br />original data and field work), and anticipated problems <br />in accomplishing the ~equired evaluations due to time, <br />data, or monetary constraints, if any. <br /> <br />2. A description of the major work tasks which would be <br />necessary to perform the study, including the estimated <br />elapsed time and man-~eeks of effort required for each, <br />and a schedule of milestones. <br /> <br />3. A description of the firm's ability to write, edit, and <br />produce a report, inc~uding the production of associated <br />graphics and design d~awings. <br /> <br />4. A work effort estimate table giving details of the <br />man-weeks to be spent on various work tasks by the <br />different personnel wMo would be involved in the study. <br /> <br />5. A schedule of the dai!y rates of the firm's personnel <br />effective for the dur8tion of the study, together with <br />automobile and four-wMeel-drive vehicle costs per mile, <br />per diem travel rates, etc. <br /> <br />6. The name of each principal and lead professional for <br />each major discipline expected to work on the study, the <br />academic training and professional experience of each <br />such person, and the component of the product for which <br />each person would be responsible. Please specify who <br />the study manager would be. <br /> <br />7. The 'firm's past experience in conducting studies similar <br />to this one. Please include at least three references <br />of entities for which the firm has recently performed <br />similar work (include the names of persons who can he <br />contacted at these entities). <br /> <br />Proposals shall be submitted in triplicate to the CWCR, <br />1313 Sherman, Room 721, Denver, Colorado R0203, with one copy <br />sent directly to the Colorado water Conservation District, P.O. <br />Box 1120, Glenwood Springs, Colorado R1602. and another copy sent <br />directly to the West Divide Water Conservancy District at P.O. <br />Box 1478, Rifle, Colorado 81650. <br /> <br />gl <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />/' <br />
