The Consultant must he able to complete a <br />draft final report within qO days of the final approval of a <br />contract. <br /> <br />Conduct of the Study <br /> <br />The study shall be performed under the general guidance of <br />the Contractor and the eweB. The conduct of all evaluations and <br />analyses for which the study calls shall be the responsibility of <br />the Consultant retained to carry out the study. <br /> <br />During the course of the study, the Consultant shall make <br />frequent (not less than every two weeks) oral reports to the <br />Contractor's and eweB's staffs on the status of the study. <br />Written status reports shall be submitted every four weeks. In <br />addition, the Consultant shall be required to provide the <br />Contractor and the eweB with interim working papers, rough drafts <br />of chapters of the final report, and such other interim products <br />as will help insure that the study is accomplishing its intended <br />purposes. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall he responsihle for writing and <br />providing a draft final report, to include maps, charts, tahles, <br />graphs, design drawings, and other such figures. After review, <br />the Consultant shall revise and provide 40 copies of the final <br />report to the Contractor. <br /> <br />The CWCB and the Contractor shall make av~ilahle to the <br />Consultant any and all pertinent information which they have. In <br />addition, the CWCB shall, to the extent possihle, assist the <br />Consultant in gaining access to relevant data and information <br />from other agencies, entities, and persons, including the <br />Battlement Mesa Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />Selection of Consultant <br /> <br />The CWCB and the Contractor shall participate in the <br />selection of a Consultant to carry out the ~tudy. Such <br />participation shall include approval by the CWC~ staff of all <br />consulting engineering firms to be invited to ~ub~it proposals to <br />do the study. The final selection of a Consultant fro~ a~ong the <br />firms submitting proposals shall also be subject to the CweR <br />staff's approval. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall invite at least three ()) consulting <br />engineering firms to submit proposals to do the study. Each firm <br />shall be required to prepare and suhmit five typewritten copies <br />of a proposal to study (PTS) which describes how the firm would <br />propose to accomplish the required evaluations set forth ~bove. <br />In particular, each firm's PTS should contain the fallowing <br />information: <br /> <br />..).. <br />
