<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />
<br />THE CITY OF RIFLE, a municipal corporation, Rifle. Colorado,
<br />for and in consideration of the terms and conditions of a
<br />contract dated November 1, 1980, between the CITY OF RIFLE, and
<br />the STATE OF COLORADO, Contract Fund No. 4008, G/L Account No.
<br />5316, Contract Encumbrance No. C153335, reference to . which is
<br />made for greater certainty, hereby quit claims to the 18tate of
<br />Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural
<br />Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board, the following
<br />described real property, situate in the County of Garfield and
<br />State of Colorado, to-wit:

<br />P.M., shown and described as the City of Ri.fle water
<br />tank and treatment facilities on the plat of the
<br />Highlands East Subdivision Seventh Filing, which parcel
<br />of land is more fully described as follows:
