<br />FIRST: The name of the coTpordtion i5 THE SlIb4dIT RESERVOIR E
<br />IRRIGATSON COMPANY.
<br />SsCON�: This corporation is organized under article 92, C.R.S., as
<br />amended, "Ditch and Reservoir CompaRies" and adopts a11 the rights and powers
<br />provided in the ^colorado Non-ptofit corporation Act�•.
<br />THIRn: (a) The purposes for which said corporation is organized is
<br />the transaction of all lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated
<br />under the colorado Non-pzofit Corporation Act and the Ditch and xeservoir .4ct.
<br />(b) The object for which said corporation is formed and incorporated is
<br />for the purpose of construction and maintaining canals and
<br />reservoirs to the end that it may supply land thereunder with �aater
<br />for domestic irrigation purposes; and that it may propagate fish for
<br />domestic and commercial purposes.
<br />One of the objects for which said company is organized is to
<br />acquire, possess, own, locate, ho1d, operate, manage and sell,
<br />convey, encumber, and dispose of the following ditches, reservoirs,
<br />dams, flumes and app�iances for the diversion, impounding,
<br />conveyance and distribution of water for irrigation and domestic
<br />uses, to acquire, possesa, own, locate, hold, operate, manage, sell,
<br />convey, encumber, and dispose of water rights, to be diverted by and
<br />through said ditches, dams and reservoirs for said purposes and
<br />uses, together with rights of way and easements for a11 said
<br />structures and appliances, which said ditches and reservoirs, dams
<br />and headgates are described as follows, to-wit:
<br />(1) 2he Turkey creek ditch, for which is claimed of the waters of Lost
<br />Canyon and Turkey Creeks and their tributaries, sixty cubic feet per second of
<br />time, herein reserving and holding all rights thereto heretofore had and enjoyed
<br />by said company as well as its predecessors in interest.
<br />(2) The Summit Ditch, for which is claimed of the waters of Lost canyon
<br />creek and its tributaries 100 cubic feet per second of time.
<br />(3) The Summit Reservoir, located on section 34, Township 37 North, Range
<br />14 west same meridian, and section 3 in township 36 same range, within estimated
<br />capacity 203,827,000 cubic feet.
<br />(4) Puett aeservoir, located in section 33 and 32, Township 37 North,
<br />Range 14 West same meridian and Section 4, Township 36 North, Range 14 West same
<br />meridian, within es'timated capacity 28,475,000 cubic feet.
<br />(5) eig Pine Reservoir, also known as Joe Moore Reservoir, located on
<br />Section 32, Township 37 North, Range 13 West, same meridian, within estimated
<br />capacity 16,647,751 cubic feet.
<br />(6) That all said reservoirs are to be supplied by said above described
<br />ditches from the waters of said Lost Canyon and Turkey Creeks and their
<br />tributaries, to be distributed therefrom for the irrigation of lands lying under
