SECTI! 2. DIVIDER BOXES.' Dtivery of water to
shareholders shall be through divider boxes which are installed
and maintained, pursuant to specifications promulgated and
approved by the Board of Directors of the corporation.. Said
specifications shall be determined in part by the' number of
shares which are served by each divider box.

SECTION 3. DRA!NAGE AND DAMAGE. The system of
reservoirs, mains, laterals and other ditches is designed and
intended for the delivery of irrigation water to the shareholders
of the corporation. No person or entity shall place, or cause to
be placed, any item, device, bridge, obstruction, pipe or tile
either in, on or over a reservoir, main, lateral, ditch or
divider box of the company or allow unlawful discharge, drainage
or contamination of or into the system. Any such condition shall
be abated immediately upon written notice to the offending person
or entity. Costs of such abatement and repair to the system
shall be borne by the offe~ding person or entity including the
costs of litigation and reasonable attorney's fees. In the event
a shareholder causes damace to or unlawful contamination of the
system and fails to rectifv or correct the situation after
written notice, then the co~?oration may correct or repair such
damage or contamination and asseSs the offending shareholder.

SECTION 4. S~ED:VISIONS. Whenever real property
appurtenant to ~~e shares of stock of the corporation is
subdivided, the Board of Directors shall be notified. The owner
or C~4ers of such real property shall provide the necessary
rights-of-way, divider boxes, and easements for all ditches fc~
irrigation purposes of said s~bdivisions together with reasonable
access thereto. Said ease~ents and access thereto shall be part
of each deed conveying ownership. Any transfer of stock in the
corooration shall be made cursuant to these Articles. Delivery
of .water by the corporation shall be restricted to the points of
delivery in existence at ~ie time these Articles were executed or
as the Board of Directors may hereafter authorize.

ARTICLE VIII. CORPORATE SEAL

The corporate seal of the corporation shall consist of
a device as follows:

Two concentric circles, between which shall be
the words "The DeWeese-Dye Ditch & Reservoir
Co." with the word "Seal" and "Canon City,
Colorado" within the circle.

and such seal is hereby adopted as the corporate seal
corporation, and an impression thereof is affixed to the
