To that end. all documents. records. telephone numbers. names of contact persons, ~nd all.other information. along with a final status report detailing all information necessary to completion of the work by the State. shall be delivered to and become the property of the State within five (5) day~ of the date't~e Contractor has charged up to the $265.000 authorized above. In the time period remaining until termination of this contract. Contractor shall make every effort to close. record deedS. and finalize court proceedings on all parcels possible. Also within ten (10) days of termination of this contract. all products owed to the StAte, such as recorded contracts. recorded.deeds. court documents. and exhibits and attachments to such contracts. deeds. and court documents. shall be'delivered to the State. No firial payment snall be made until the State is in possession of all work prOducts to which it is entitled. . Subject to the terms of this contract. the Contractor will,be compensated at the rates set forth in Exhibits C and D for services actually rendered and costs actually incurred by it in the performance of this 'contract. including the cost of any subeontractors which'have been approved by the State up to the total contract ~mount as may be amended. All such services and costs are subject to review and approval of the State. Compensation shall be paid to the Contraetor only as it is earned and only upon monthly submission by the Contractor and approval by the State of an itemized bill for SUCh payment. Payment by the State shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt and approval of an itemized bill from the Contractor. b. Paragraph 16 of the original Contract. as amended by Amended Contract *1. and further amended by Amended Contract *3. snall be furtner amended as follows: , 16. This Contract shall remain in full foree and effect tnrough March 31. 1991. or until the available funds have been charged pursuant to Paragraph 9 :above. whichever occurs first, unless sooner term~nated as provided herein. c. Supplement B of the Amended Contract *4 shall be amended by Article B of this contract amendment #6. 4. The effective date of this contract amendment is seVen (7) days after the date 'first above written. 5.
