CA 94105 <br /> <br />InC. <br /> <br />Re: Towaoc Pipeline Right-of-way Acquisition Contract (C-153510) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. pruitt: <br /> <br />In response to your facsimile message of Octobec 1. 1990 on <br />the subject contract please be advised that we have drafted an <br />amendment to that contract which will authorize the State to <br />pay MKE up to $250.000 to finalize all of the Right-of-Way <br />acquisitions required on this project. This amendment will be <br />finalized as soon as we receive the amended Exhibit E of the <br />original contract from you. <br /> <br />The proposed schedule for completion of all acquisitions <br />included in your message had realistic closing dates for all of <br />the easements involved and the State will make every effort to <br />see that those dates can be met.
