Tenmile Creek and Blue River Below Dillon <br /> <br /> <br />Reservoir. <br /> <br />1. Based on information provided by AMAX, <br />review and summarize the hydrology of <br />Clinton Gulch Reservoir and other AMAX <br />water rights available for augmentation <br />use by summit County water users. <br />2. Analyze and discuss how Clinton Gulch <br />Reservoir could be used to the benefit of <br />Summit County water users. <br />a. To support consumptive uses and in- <br />stream flow purposes on Tenmile <br />Creek. <br />b. To maintain instream flows on the <br />Blue River below Dillon Reservoir. <br />c. Integrated operation with Dillon <br />Reservoir, Goose Pasture Tarn or <br />other reservoirs to perfect exchanges. <br />
