Analyze and review how the operations of <br />Dillon Reservoir, Green Mountain Reservoir, <br />the Goose Pasture Tarn and future projects could <br />be integrated in a manner that provides for both <br />the diversion uses and the desired instream <br />flows, and provides a mitigation plan that may <br />be required by the Bureau of Reclamation prior <br />to water users within Summit County obtaining <br />Green Mountain Reservoir water service <br />contracts. This will require consultation with <br />the Bureau of Reclamation and other federal or <br />state agencies. <br />
