The Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board requires the services of an engineering <br />consultant knowledgeable in water resources to conduct the <br />Metropolitan Water Supply Investigation authorized by Section 5 of <br />Chapter 254, Session Laws of Colorado 1993. <br /> <br />2. Are there any specific statutory citations which require an <br />outside contractor to provide this service? If yes, cite <br />statute. No, Section 5 of Chapter 254, Session Laws of <br />Colorado 1993 authorizes the expenditure of up to $450,000 <br />from the Colorado Water conservation Board Construction Fund <br />for this investigation. <br /> <br />3.
