R X .1 <br /> <br />!: .1. t. <br /> <br />X !!. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions Of C.R.S. 1973, 24-30-1401, et seq.. <br /> <br /> <br />the Consultant hereby certifies and verifies as follOWs: <br /> <br />The wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting <br />the compensation to be paid by the state agency for the <br />professional servi~es are accurate, complete, and <br />current at the time of contracting. <br /> <br />In the event that the state determines that the contract <br />price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete Or <br />noncurrent wage rates Or other factual unit costs, then <br />the original contract price shall be adjusted to exclude <br />any significant sums which reflect said increase. All <br />such contract adjustments shall be made within one year <br />following the end of the contract. <br /> <br />The Consultant warrants that he has not employed or <br />retained any Qompany Or person, other than a bona fide <br />employee work~ng solely for him, to solicit or secure <br />this contract and that he has not paid Or agreed to pay <br />any person, cOmpany, corporation, individual or fir~, <br />other than a bona fide employee working solely for.him, <br />any fee, commission, percentage, gift, Or other consid- <br />eration contingent upon or resulting frOm the award or <br />the making of this contract.
