I have compiled the Annual Report of Ish Reservoir Company as
of January 31, 1986, and for the year then ended.

The Company's policy is to prepare its annual report on the basis
of cash receipts and disbursements; consequently, certain revenue and
the related assets are recognized when received rather than when earned,
and certain expenses are recognized when paid rather than when the
obligation is incurred. Accordingly, the accompanying annual report is
not .intended to present financial position and results of operations in
conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

A compilation is limited to presenting in the form of financial
statements information that is the representation of management. I
have not audited or reviewed the accompanying annual report and, accordingly,
do not express an opinion or any other form of assurance on it.
